Following recent regulatory changes introduced by the Corporate Regulatory Authority (CRA), Basnet Attorneys & Law will officially soon be certified as a licensed filing agent authorized to incorporate companies in Bhutan. Under the new rules, only certified agents are permitted to carry out company incorporations.
